Lead Facilitator - Lean Delivery

They have developed skills which will help you clearly identify where improvements can be achieved, how you can realistically deliver these improvements and most importantly how you can sustain ongoing cost reduction and efficiency through your own people.
Lead Facilitator - Lean Delivery - Covering Yorkshire, North West and East Midlands
The candidate will report directly to Operations Director and be expected to manage a range of projects once initial training and induction has been completed.
Specific activities will include:
Undertaking client scoping visits to set up new delivery projects
Working with senior management teams to deliver senior level Lean awareness
Collating and preparing appropriate existing material to ensure relevance to the clients operations
Managing clients and learners to maximise learner achievements within realistic timescales
Facilitation coaching and assessing learners to level 2 & 3 in Business Improvement Techniques.
Project managing a range of long term client projects
Working closely with organisations other deliverers to ensure quality delivery of programmes
Supporting the administration function at the company's offices in Sheffield where necessary
Developing appropriate planning processes to maximise learner achievements and client satisfaction levels
To assist with networking activities with company funding providers
To assist with the development of improved administrative processes
To be willing to undergo ongoing development and training in Lean delivery and CI delivery skills
Generally to support the development of the company's business interests.
Previous experience of implementing Lean within your own company at shop floor level and also at senior level
Experience of training others to implement lean
External experience of delivering Lean at more than one site
Relevant qualifications up to degree level and including A1 assessor qualifications
RITA & PTTLS Assessed
